Leeds United are leading the race to sign Derby County forward Matej Vydra, according to the Mail Online.
The East Midlands outfit may have to offload some of their prize assets to comply with Financial Fair Play rules and Vydra, who was the top scorer in the Championship last term could be one of the names to make way.
The twenty-six-year-old moved to Pride Park from Watford in the summer of 2016 and has scored twenty-seven goals, all but five of which came in the 2017/18 campaign.
Prior to his move to Derby, Vydra had a season-long loan at Reading while he has also had a temporary spell with West Bromwich Albion during his time in England.
He has been capped nineteen times for the Czech Republic but played just eighty-three minutes of their failed 2018 World Cup qualification campaign with his last international goal coming in a 1-1 friendly draw with Sweden over two years ago.
