Walcott linked with Serie A switch

Inter Milan are eyeing a surprise move for Arsenal forward Theo Walcott, according to the Daily Star.

The England international is struggling to hold down a regular first team spot with the Gunners and has been linked with a number of Premier League outfits including West Ham United and Southampton – the club where he began his career.

However, Serie A giants Inter could be set to swoop should he not work his way back into Arsene Wenger’s plans.

The twenty-eight year old has played just twenty-seven minutes of Premier League football so far this season with his only starts and goals coming in the League Cup and Europa League.

In total he has racked up close to four hundred appearances for Arsene Wenger’s side since signing from the Saints in January 2006, scoring one hundred and seven goals and has won the FA Cup in three of the past four seasons.
