ESPN understands that Theo Walcott has no desire to leave Arsenal, despite their pursuit of Leicester City’s Jamie Vardy.
Walcott has been with the Gunners for over a decade, though his future at the club has been thrown into question in recent seasons with Liverpool mooted as a possible destination for the twenty-seven year old.
He only racked up fifteen Premier League starts last season, and was subsequently overlooked by Roy Hodgson for his squad for Euro 2016 though Vardy has been selected.
Since signing from Southampton halfway through the 2005/06 campaign, Walcott has played three hundred and forty-three times for the North London outfit, scoring eighty-five goals.
Internationally he has been capped forty-three times for his country, scoring eight goals though he has only played thirty-three minutes of football for the Three Lions in 2016, appearing as a substitute in the 2-1 friendly defeat to the Netherlands back in March.
