Wanyama leaving Tottenham?

According to a recent report from Sky Sports, Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur are in talks with Belgian giants Club Brugge over the possible sale of Victor Wanyama. Victor has been edging closer and closer towards the exit door in North London for quite some time now, to the point where a lot of fans have already resigned themselves to the idea of him departing.

While that has been the case, though, it’s still going to be difficult for some fans to say goodbye to the man.

He wasn’t exactly everyone’s cup of tea and he definitely didn’t look likely to break back into the starting XI on a consistent basis anytime soon, but he has certainly done some decent things with the club over the years.

Now, it’ll be interesting to see what kind of post-Spurs career he can put together for himself in one of Europe’s lesser known top divisions.
