Crystal Palace manager Neil Warnock has said that is keen on bringing in at least one player when the transfer window reopens next month, according to the Daily Star.
The Eagles boss has hinted that he is in the market for a target man to compete with Marouane Chamakh, with Frazier Campbell and Dwight Gayle the side’s only other forward options at this moment in time.
Warnock is a fan of the aforementioned strikers, but believes neither have the physical presence of Chamakh, who will miss this weekend’s trip to champions Manchester City.
Palace have won just one of their last ten league games, and currently sit just two places and one point above the relegation zone with sixteen matches played.
In the eyes of the bookmakers, they are the most likely side to be relegated, aside from those promoted to the top flight last season, at a price of 2/1.
