Watford are not doing well in Premier League season and they are already looking at potential moves they could make in the market. The Pozzo family is known for their impatience with their managers, so after a poor start Javi Gracia was sacked and Quique Sanchez Flores brought in once more.
That did not start well, with a 8-0 defeat against Man City, and Pozzo’s famous scouting network is picking up potential targets. According to Calciomercato, Watford had scouts in attendance on Tuesday night to watch Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali.
Italian youngster, 19 years old, started for Brescia in their 2-1 loss to Juventus, with scouts from several clubs present to watch the creative midfielder. Tonali has been often compared to Andrea Pirlo, and has also been tracked by Manchester United, Borussia Dortmund, Liverpool and others, so it looks unlikely that of all of these sides Watford would be the one to pick up such a talent.
