Watford have completed the loan signing of Gerard Deulofeu from Barcelona, according to the Mail Online.
The Spain international has joined up with the Hornets for the remained of the season and becomes Javi Gracia’s first signing since being named as Marco Silva’s replacement earlier this month.
The forward rejoined Barca from Everton in the summer but has started just five league games this season and has fallen further down the pecking order following the return to fitness of Ousmane Dembele and the signing of Philippe Coutinho from Liverpool.
Prior to his switch back to Spain the twenty-three year old spent one-and-a-half seasons with Everton where he scored four goals in forty-six games while he also spent the 2013/14 campaign on loan with the Merseyside club.
Deulofeu could make his debut as Watford take on Stoke City at the Bet 365 Stadium on Wednesday evening, and the away win can be backed at 12/5.
