Having secured Premier League promotion a couple of weeks ago, Fulham have made sure they finish top of the English Championship with an emphatic 7-0 win over Luton Town on Monday.

Manager Marco Silva believes his team have earned this success, and looking at the Championship table, it’s hard to argue with that.
