“Right now I’m not playing, but I’m always looking to improve, doing extra stuff and just watching the other guys and learning from them. Just waiting on my turn and hoping I’m going on loan soon”.
Those are the words of teenage sensation Timothy Weah, who appears to be more than ready to head out on loan away from Paris Saint-Germain in order to secure more first team opportunities.
Weah has been with the French champions since 14 and while he has managed to pick up a few appearances this season, he hasn’t been a consistent figure in the first team – to the point where he clearly feels like his development would benefit from a move abroad.
Weah is also hoping to get some game time on an international level this week, as the United States of America prepare to take on England in one of the more notable friendlies in recent years.
