Wenger: It would be odd to manage in England again

Former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger stated in a recent interview that he believes it’d be odd to manage in English football again. The Frenchman spent more than two decades of his life in charge of Arsenal Football Club, and while it may have ended on a sour note, he’ll likely forever be remembered as a legend at the Emirates. Now, though, it’s time for a new chapter, as he prepares to return to management in 2019.

A lot of theories have been thrown around in regards to where he might end up, but there are no real ‘concrete’ ideas at this moment in time. At one point there was a rumour that Arsene could be interested in the Aston Villa job when it was available, but that proved to be untrue.

But whether he stays in England or goes abroad, nobody can deny that the football world will be watching closely.
