(GSM) – Arsenal coach Arsène Wenger believes his players are mature enough to compete for the trophies and can no longer hide behind their lack of experience.
Now that his players have more games under their belt, Wenger feels it’s time to gather silverware.
“My players don’t have the excuse of inexperience any more,” the French manager said.
“They are eager for titles. I believe they are capable, but they have to show it.”
Wenger also revealed Arsenal may not be his last club. The 61-year-old recently inked a new deal which keeps him at the Emirates Stadium until 2014.
But Le Professeur admitted a return to France is a possibility in the future.
He said: “In France, there is the club who are close to my heart — Strasbourg.”
