Those are the words of former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, who has continued to try and make it sound like he had the opportunity to take over as Real Madrid manager during his time with the Gunners.
The Frenchman has a tendency to come out with some questionable stories, with that theme seemingly ramping up in the months since he left the Emirates.
