Wenger should have been fired by now!!!!! He keeps on promising to bring back the premiership title to arsenal every summer……..but it never happens!!!!!! Arsenal is a team mostly full of low profile players, and they need to bring someone big in to get the team somewhere. His young players may contain a lot of talent……..but they lack a thing called EXPERIENCE!!!!! Have they ever played a champions league final?? Have they ever played for their country??? NO!!!!

All he said was that he was mulling over the options of buying a big name as that could stunt the progression of the players coming through. He didn’t say “WE ARE NOT GOING TO SIGN ANYONE”. Maybe he’s just waiting til all the squad is back together to know where we stand for the coming season and our attempts at silverwear.

Arsenal dont do their transfer dealings in the press unlike Messers Levy, Benitez and Rudolf the Red Nose Manc Whinger……Im betting there will be a couple of signings near or on the deadline and we will challenge on all fronts again. Telling the supporters that he would have to address our airial defensive frailties with the purchase of a tall central defender, and add to the squad with an experienced player with premiership experience (in addition to last year’s squad) and then to lose Lehman, Flamini, Hleb and Gilberto, with a possible loss of Adabayor means the addition of Nasi (21), Ramsey(17) and Coquelin (17) are absolutely pointless. Did he say these things just to help season ticket renewal and then renage on the promises when its too late for fans to withdraw their membership?????
Our squad is weaker now than it has been for years and the likes of Fabregas, Van Persie, Walcott, Sagna and Rosicky wil leave next year when we end up again with zero success.
