West Brom 6/4 to beat Southampton in Saturday’s Premier League game

Competition: Premier League

Market: West Brom to beat Southampton

Odds: 6/4 @ Bet365

The Premier League continues this weekend with another round of games that will surely only bring more excitement, goals and controversy. England’s top league is once again proving to be the most unpredictable with a number of shocking scorelines adorning the results from midweek, and with this in mind, West Brom host Southampton on Saturday.

West Brom have been very poor this season and they are in need of a number of wins to get them out of trouble. After 25 games they have won three, drawn 11 and lost 11, while they have scored 19 and conceded 34 times. In their last five they have managed to win just once, drawing twice and losing twice, which has seen them onto 20 points for the season so far. The Baggies are currently four points short of safety, and if Southampton beat them and Swansea win against Leicester, it would see West Brom at least four points short of safety.

Southampton have been struggling this season and they need to put their awful form behind them. After 25 games they have won four, drawn 11 and lost 10 times, while they have scored 25 goals and conceded 36 times. In their last five they have not won once, drawing four games and losing once, seeing them onto 23 points. The Saints are in the best position of any side in the bottom three as they sit in 18th, but the fans are beginning to grow tired of their situation, with huge pressure currently on the players and manager.

Bet: Southampton to beat West Brom in Saturday’s relegation showdown: 6/4 @ Bet365>>
