West Bromwich Albion are readying a £5m bid for Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy, according to the Telegraph.
The 28 year old has appeared in all but three of the Foxes league games so far this season, though he has scored just one goal which came in the shock 5-3 win over Manchester United back in September.
Prior to his switch to the Walkers Stadium, Vardy scored thirty-one goals for Fleetwood Town in their Conference title winning 2011/12 campaign while he was also part of the squad that won the Championship with Leicester last season.
Pulis, who won his first league game in charge of the Baggies last weekend, is keen to add pace to his attack as he attempts to steer the Midlands club to safety.
They travel to Everton on Monday evening, and after priced at 5/6 to get the win that would see them move five points clear of the Premier League relegation zone.
