Competition: Premier League
Market: Alan Irvine next manager to leave his post
Odds: 14/5 @ Betfair

With West Bromwich Albion stretching their winless run to five games, manager Alan Irvine finds himself under pressure. The Baggies are currently 16th in the Premier League, just one point above the drop zone after 15 games.

They have endured a horrible run of form, losing four and drawing one of their last five games, while having picked up just one league victory since September. Albion have two favourable fixtures to come – Aston Villa (home), Queens Park Rangers (away) – that could well see them picking up points.

Should the Midlands outfit fail to get a win from either of the two games, Irvine really could be relinquished on his duties. The West Brom board were ruthless sacking popular manager Steve Clarke when their Premier League status was at risk, and this season little has changed. As a result, Betfair are giving odds of 14/5 for Irvine to be the next manager to leave his post.
