West Ham United are preparing a third bid for Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter, according to the Express.
The East London outfit made two approaches for the Republic of Ireland international in January, with the latest of those bids in the region of £8m.
They were rejected by the south cost club, though the Hammers are set to bid £10m as they look to finally get their man.
Arter has started just eleven league games for Eddie Howe’s side so far this season having missed just three games in the 2016/17 campaign.
In total, he has racked up two hundred and fifty-five appearances in all competitions since signing from non-league Woking in the summer of 2010, scoring twenty-nine goals.
He was part of the squad that achieved promotion from the Championship in 2015 while internationally he has been capped eleven times for his country since making his debut the same year.
