West Ham United are interested in signing Graziano Pelle in the January transfer window, according to TMW. The former Southampton striker is now a free agent following the end of his contract with Chinese club Shandong Luneng, and the Hammers reportedly want to bring him back to England.
However, West Ham are not the only club who are interested in securing the services of the 35-year-old Italian striker. Serie A giants Juventus and Inter Milan are also claimed to be keen on signing Pelle on a free transfer this month.
Pelle knows the Premier League inside out and was a big success during his time at Southampton. The striker scored 12 goals and provided two assists in the league in 2014-15 and scored 11 goals and gave six assists in the league in 2015-16, according to WhoScored. Sebastien Haller is struggling for goals for West Ham, who could do with a proven goalscorer.
