West Ham deny Morrison exit claims

West Ham United have moved to quash speculation that Ravel Morrison is on the verge of a loan move away from Upton Park, according to the Metro.

The midfielder, who before Kevin Nolan’s brace at the weekend was the clubs joint top scorer in all competitions this season, has played just forty-five minutes of Premier League football since the Hammers’ 3-1 defeat to Manchester United on December 21st.

However, his manager Sam Allardyce has dismissed claims that he could make a temporary switch to the Championship, amid links with promotion chasing trio Queens Park Rangers, Leicester City and Derby County.

The former Manchester United starlet is currently struggling with a groin complaint he had before Christmas, and Allardyce wants to clarity his fitness before deciding on the 21 year old’s immediate future.

West Ham host Norwich City tomorrow evening, and can be backed at a price of 11/10 to take all three points.
