West Ham don’t want to sell Declan Rice to Manchester United

West Ham United do not want to sell Declan Rice amid interest from Manchester United, according to The Sun. It has been reported by the British tabloid that United are interested in signing the midfielder from Premier League rivals West Ham in the summer of 2021, but the Hammers do not want to sell him.

Lingard joined West Ham on loan from United in the January transfer window and has been superb for the Hammers. The London club want to make his loan deal permanent, and this has led to United chiefs wondering if they could broker a deal which will see Rice, who can also operate as a defender, move to Old Trafford.

Rice is one of the best young players in the Premier League and is a key figure in the West Ham team. If the Hammers finish in the Champions League places this season, then there is no reason for them to sell him in the summer of 2021.
