According to a recent report from Daily Telegraph, West Ham United are refusing to match the £20 million valuation of Brentford star Said Benrahma.
It’s been a difficult few weeks for Bees fans in the wake of their Championship playoff final loss to local rivals Fulham, and it appears as if things are about to get a whole lot trickier with some of their top stars preparing to leave in favour of pastures new.
Still, while Benrahma does appear set to make his move up to the Premier League level, the Hammers aren’t quite willing to budge in regards to paying £20 million to secure his services.
The 25-year-old has steadily been building himself up as a credible threat for a few years now, and after the season he just had in the Championship, it seems like only a matter of time before he is on his way to a top flight club.
