West Ham United are in talks with Fulham over selling Issa Diop in the summer transfer window, according to The Times. The Times have reported that Fulham are interested in signing Diop from West Ham this summer and are in talks with their London rivals. The Cottagers will play in the Premier League next season after winning promotion from the Championship.
The Times have reported that West Ham are willing to sell the 25-year-old central defender, but the Hammers want £20 million in transfer fees. Fulham have not met that price and are unlikely to do so anytime soon.
Diop moved to West Ham from French club Toulouse back in June 2018. The centre-back has scored six goals and created four big chances in 96 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career. The 25-year-old made 10 starts and three substitute appearances in the Premier League for West Ham last season, providing one assist in the process.
