West Ham interested in Zouma

According to a recent report from Sky Sports, West Ham are in talks to sign Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma on a permanent deal.

The belief is that while talks to sign Nikola Milenkovic may have fallen apart, the Hammers are still confident in their ability to get something over the finish line with Zouma. Chelsea, who are now the European champions, are bound to have a busy rest of the summer transfer window as they attempt to mount a serious challenge for the Premier League title.

West Ham have already managed to edge themselves into the Europa League but if they can continue to build on their squad, there’s no reason why they can’t keep that momentum going.

Zouma has never been afraid to get stuck in and let forwards know that he’s there, which is exactly the kind of intensity West Ham fans want to see from their side.
