The Mirror understands that West Ham United have drawn up a list of targets as the look to bring in a big name striker for their debut season in the Olympic Stadium.
Marsielle hitman Michy Batshuayi is Slaven Bilic’s first option thought the Hammers boss has made contingency plans in the shape of two Premier League forwards.
Both Wilfried Bony and Christian Benteke have failed to live up to expectation since signing for Manchester City and Liverpool respectively and could be set for summer moves.
Bony has hit just four league goals so far this season while Benteke has managed only three more.
Of West Ham’s current selection of forwards, both Diafra Sakho and Enner Valencia have four goals each while Andy Carrol has scored three.
The East London club are currently fifth in the Premier League and can be backed at 8/1 to finish in the top four.
