West Ham offered Dzeko?

According to a recent report from Sky Sports, Premier League side West Ham United have been offered the opportunity to sign Edin Dzeko from Italian side Roma. The 33 year old’s contract is set to expire at the conclusion of next season with no extension being offered up to this point, which could open the door for the Hammers to lure him back over to English football. If that deal does end up going through then the Bosnian forward would be reunited with Manuel Pellegrini, with whom he had a great deal of success with at Manchester City.

Dzeko is widely considered to be one of the most underrated forwards in world football today, and that’s been the case for quite some time now. Despite being in his mid-30s he certainly still knows how to get the job done in front of goal, and he’d be considered a pretty valuable asset at London Stadium.
