According to a recent report from Sky Sports News, West Ham United are going to be trying to offload a series of players in the summer transfer window in order to raise transfer funds. The Hammers have had a decent enough season up to this point with a few big wins along the way, but they quite clearly want to improve upon that. Andy Carroll and Adrian are set to depart the club during the summer transfer window courtesy of theier contracts coming to an end, with Javier Hernandez, Lucas Perez and Pedro Obiang also being up for sale in the club’s eyes. Byram, Hugill and Fernandes are expected to be sold on a permanent basis too, as they really try and double down on their bid to break back into the Europa League.
As we said it’s been a really strong season for West Ham, but it certainly feels like there’s more work that could be done.
