West Ham United eye Adam Armstrong

West Ham United are interested in signing Adam Armstrong from Blackburn Rovers in the summer of 2021, according to The Sun. It has been reported by the British tabloid that West Ham manager David Moyes wants the club’s scouts to keep tabs on the former Newcastle United striker for the rest of the season ahead of making a bid in the summer.

The report in the British tabloid has claimed that Moyes likes Armstrong and considered making a bid of £18 million for the 23-year-old. However, the Scotsman decided not to make a move for the youngster as Rovers were looking for £10 million+. Everton and Fulham are also keen on the former England Under-21 international.

According to WhoScored, Armstrong has scored 17 goals and provided three assists in 26 Championship matches for Rovers so far this season. Blackburn are eighth in the league table at the moment with 39 points from 27 matches.
