West Ham United eye Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Max Kilman

West Ham United are interested in signing Max Kilman from Premier League rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers in the summer transfer window, according to TEAMtalk. The report has claimed that new West Ham manager Julen Lopetegui himself is keen on the London club bringing in the defender.

Lopetegui worked with Kilman when he was in charge of Wolves. TEAMtalk has claimed that the 27-year-old central defender himself is open to leaving the Wanderers for a new chapter in his career. Wolves, though, will not sell the defender on the cheap. They are reportedly looking for as much as £45 million in transfer fees for Kilman.

Kilman has been on the books of Wolves since 2018 and has become a very important player of the team. The defender has made 127 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career. He has scored three goals, given one assist and kept 31 clean sheets in those games.
