West Ham United are interested in signing Youssef En-Nesyri from Sevilla in the summer transfer window, according to GiveMeSport. The report has noted that new West Ham boss Julen Lopetegui worked with En-Nesyri at Sevilla, and that the former Wolverhampton Wanderers manager wants the Hammers to secure the services of the 27-year-old Morocco international striker.
GiveMeSport has noted that Sevilla have made En-Nesyri available for a move this summer. The striker has been on the books of the Spanish club since 2020. He won the UEFA Europa League with Sevilla in 2020 and 2023.
Sevilla did not have a good season in 2023-23, but En-Nesyri did well on a personal level. The 27-year-old scored 16 goals and gave two assists in 28 starts and five substitute appearances in La Liga. The striker found the back of the net twice in six UEFA Champions League for the Andalucian club last season. En-Nesyri found the back of the net eight times and provided one assist in 17 starts and 14 substitute appearances in La Liga in 2022-23.
