Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport has revealed that Werder Bremen and West Ham are leading the chase for Juventus defender Marco Motta.
Having only made two substitute appearances in Serie A this season, the 27-year-old is set to quit the Bianconeri, and it is unlikely the club will stand in his way.
And while Livorno and Sassuolo are showing interest in his services, the former Italy international seems determined to leave Italian Serie A.
According to Tuttosport, West Ham and Werder Bremen are prepared to offer him an escape route from Turin, but with the Hammers slipping into the relegation zone, the player is more inclined to moving to German Bundesliga.
Marco Motta, therefore, seems set to join Werder on a six-month loan with an option to buy at the end of the season.
The Weserstadion outfit haven’t exactly impressed this season, but they are 3/4 favourites to see off Eintracht Braunschweig next time out.
