This has to be one of the most disgraceful moments in football history.

Ajax defender Joel Veltman was thought to be asking the opponent to halt play due to an injured teammate of his, but he did it only to fool a Sparta Rotterdam player and dribble away.

Whatever happened to fair play?

Taking advantage of your own teammate’s misery?

Nothing similar has ever been seen before.
