Which Managers In The Top Six Will Get The Boot This Summer

Only a handful of games left to play in the EPL many clubs is looking to make big changes during the summer. The best betting websites are all taking money on the ins along outs of all the clubs and there is a lot of money to be won if you are in the know. In this article, I look at which managers jobs are safe for another season in the Premier League and which one will be picking up their P45 at the end of the campaign.

Chelsea

The Blues have had a remarkable season and new manager Antonio Conte has built up an excellent relationship with the fans. They are the bookies favorites to win the League and FA Cup double and with only a few games to go, it would be a disaster if they did not win the EPL this campaign.

The former Italian boss was rumored to want to return home to his native country but he has stated that he is extremely happy at Stamford Bridge and will not be leaving. The Blues have offered the manager a new contract and nearly doubled his wages to keep at the club. It would be a major shock to see him leave and is highly unlikely that he will.

Tottenham Hotspur

It is the second season is a row that Spurs have challenged for the title and again it looks like they will come up a little short. The manager is settled in North London and with the excellent training facilities, a new stadium on the way, it is likely the manager will be there for a couple more season at least.

Liverpool

At one point of the season, it looked like Liverpool may be in with a chance of winning the EPL. They have slipped up far too many times against teams that they should beat which has cost them a chance of winning the league. The clubs are not looking to get rid of the manager and he will be given another season to show that he can create a team that can win the EPL. A lot will depend on if they qualify for the Champions League and if they can hold onto their star players.

Arsenal

The manager under the most pressure to leave at the end of the season is long-serving Gunners boss Arsene Wenger. It looks like Arsenal will not qualify for the Champions League at the end of the campaign and with Spurs finally finishing above their North London rivals, the fans have had enough. If they lose their remaining matches the pressure will only grow and it could become too much for the longest serving manager in the EPL.

Manchester City

Man City were many people’s favorites to win the EPL this season due to the arrival of Pep Guardiola. After a great start, things have not gone to plan and there is still a lot of work needed to be done to turn things round. With the manager now having one years’ experience in the league it will help him identify what needs to be done to get his team challenging for the title. With a few new signings in the summer, they will be one of the favorites again next campaign.

Manchester United

Man U have not had a great season but the team is playing better than they have in previous seasons since Sir Alex Ferguson left. The Red Devils can still qualify for the Champions League and will need to do so if they are going to attract the stars they need to contend for the title. They may miss out finishing in the top four but could still win the Europa League and qualify. Mourinho is not looking to leave and it is almost certain he will be at Old Trafford again next campaign.
