Competition: Championship
Market: Wigan to win against Ipswich
Odds: 11/10 @ Betfair

Wigan Athletic haven’t enjoyed a good start to the new season, with the Latics currently with just eight points from their first seven games. They have an in-form Ipswich side tonight, but will fancy their chances of getting the win at home.

Ipswich ended their run of bad form with back-to-back wins against Millwall and Brighton respectively, and now they are hoping to make it three in a row. However, their away form has been among the worst in the division this season, with the Tractor Boys losing one and drawing two on their travels already.

Wigan’s home form has been solid, with Uwe Rosler’s side having won two and drawn one at the DW Stadium. As a result, Betfair are giving odds of 11/10 for the Latics to get the win at home, with the formbook suggesting it should be a comfortable victory for them tonight.

Wigan desperately need a win tonight, as they can’t afford to lose more ground on the pacesetters for promotion.
