According to a recent report from Sky Sports, Chelsea star Willian looks set to become an Arsenal player within the next 48 hours as the saga surrounding his future looks to be coming to an end.
The Brazilian confirmed to his fans and the media that he would be leaving Stamford Bridge in search of pastures new, and it appears as if he won’t have to relocate in order to carry on his Premier League legacy.
That’s because it appears as if we aren’t too far away from him joining the Gunners, in a move that Mikel Arteta hopes could give the club some much needed playmaking depth. While Chelsea are attempting to buy everyone under the sun during the summer transfer window, Arsenal are taking their time and working their way through some of the areas that clearly need strengthening.
Either way, there will be a lot of eyes on Willian when the two London rivals meet next season.
