Wolfsburg are only a point away from first place in the Bundesliga standings and one of their main contributors has been Italian defender Andrea Barzagli. The player moved to the German outfit after four years with Palermo.
“I must admit, I am living a beautiful experience here. A new language, new culture, new kit, new everything,” the 27-year-old explained to Tuttosport. “It’s hard to learn German, with English I do pretty well. I am learning, but my teammates and I have the same goals.”
“It’s true that in most matches I’m in from the start. Until the results give us a reason to change, everything should be fine,” he said.
