According to a recent report from Sky Sports, Wolverhampton Wanderers are set to open contract talks with Adama Traore.
The hope from the club is that they’re able to persuade the Spaniard to sign a new long-term deal, following in the footsteps of Nuno Espirito Santo and Raul Jimenez. Traore has made some incredible improvements across the last few years to the point where he is now considered to be one of the best impact players in the Premier League – and in Europe as a whole.
Wolves have had a mixed start to the new Premier League season but they’re still expected to make a sustained push for a place in Europe once again during the campaign. Even if they don’t break their way back in, they still aren’t viewed as a team that has to worry about relegation – and Traore is a huge reason for that alongside the likes of Jimenez, Coady and Neves.
