According to a recent report from Sunday Mirror, Wolverhampton Wanderers may be forced to sell Adama Traore this summer. This comes as a result of Nuno Espirito Santo reportedly needing to raise transfer funds himself between now and the new season, which could leave Manchester City and Liverpool to battle it out amongst themselves for the Spain international.
Traore has had a phenomenal season at Molineux, playing a huge role in guiding the club to the top seven and the quarter-finals of the UEFA Europa League. He has long since been linked with a move to one of Europe’s finest, but nobody has been able to come to terms on a deal for him yet.
Raul Jimenez is also considered to be a target for the likes of Manchester United and Juventus, and while that does mean Wolves could earn a whole lot of money, they’ll be under pressure to replace their top stars.
