Wolverhampton Wanderers are interested in signing Allan Saint-Maximin from Premier League rivals Newcastle United in the summer transfer window, according to 90min. Wolves are on the hunt for a winger to replace Adama Traore, and French star Saint-Maximin is on their radar.
Traore joined Barcelona on loan from Wolves in the January transfer window. The Spain international winger is scheduled to stay at Camp Nou until the end of the season, but Spanish and European giants Barcelona do have an option make it permanent.
Newcastle are reportedly open to selling Saint-Maximin in the summer transfer window. The 25-year-old French winger’s agents are looking around for potential clubs to sign him. The Newcastle no.10 has made 23 starts and four substitute appearances in the Premier League so far this season, scoring five goals and providing three assists in the process.
