Wolves push for Dawson and Denayer

According to a recent report from Sky Sports, Wolves are interested in both Craig Dawson and Jason Denayer before the transfer window closes.

Out of the two, Dawson is currently believed to be top of their priority list – but it must be said that he’s also attracting some interest from their Midlands rivals Aston Villa, with Dawson being invested in the idea of returning to the area.

Denayer left Lyon at the end of last season and is currently a free agent but there’s also interest from other clubs.

Kilman and Collins are the current first choice partnership but with Willy Boly being set to depart for Nottingham Forest, Bruno Lage clearly feels like he needs a bit more back-up.

Whatever ends up happening this has been a solid summer window for Wolves but they almost definitely need to figure out what they want to do tacticalyl if they want to avoid a relegation scrap.
