According to a recent report from Birmingham Mail, Wolves could enter the race to try and sign Donny van de Beek.
The belief is that some behind the scenes doubt Manchester United will sanction a sale in the January transfer window. However, van de Beek himself is expected to push hard for it.
There are many Premier League clubs who are willing to give him the chance to shine, and it turns out that Wolverhampton Wanderers fall into that category.
Wolves could use some more reinforcements in the middle of the park and if van de Beek came in, he’d likely slot straight into the starting XI alongside Ruben Neves.
Bruno Lage has enjoyed a solid start to the season as manager but he knows that things are going to get tricky when January rolls around. They’ve got a small squad that needs some investment, and van de Beek would serve as a real sign of their intent.
