Stoke City suffered relegation to the Championship this weekend off the back of a Crystal Palace defeat which marks the end of their decade long stay in English top flight.
A number of first-team players is now expected to leave Potters with Xerdan Shaqiri believed to be standing first in line for the summer departure.
The Swiss international is said to be under an exit-clause in his Stoke deal and will be allowed to leave the Bet365 Stadium in a cut-price deal during the summer transfer window.
Shaqiri has been the standout performer in otherwise disappointing season in the Potteries and should not be short of interest when the season concludes.
The Swiss newspaper Blick reports the 26-year-old forward is likely to remain in the Premier League with Everton and West Ham emerging as strong contenders for his services.
Shaqiri moved to Stoke in 2015 from Inter Milan and will be available for £12 million fee.
