Xhaka happy at Arsenal

According to a recent report from Calciomercato, Granit Xhaka is believed to be happy with his current position at Arsenal.

There have been rumblings as of late that indicated Arsenal may be hoping to swap him for Inter Milan star Christian Eriksen. Of course, with the Dane formerly playing for Tottenham Hotspur that was always going to be a hard sell, but it also doesn’t look like Xhaka himself is going to entertain the idea.

It’s been an uneven few years for Xhaka who was once considered to be public enemy number one at the Emirates, but as time has gone on he’s been able to establish himself as one of the most consistent midfielders at the club.

The hope from many is that he will now be able to solidify that spot, confirming to Mikel Arteta that he is still a vital piece of the puzzle in North London.
