Competition: League Two
Market: Yeovil win
Odds: 2/1 @ Bet 365
Looking to immediately bounce back from their upset defeat to Swindon over the weekend, Yeovil will welcome MK Dons to Huish Park on Tuesday night.
Starting with the hosts, although Darren Way’s side could only avoid the drop by two points last season, it has been a far brighter start for the Glovers. Although they did disappoint in their 3-0 loss to Swindon on Saturday, Yeovil are unbeaten in their last six League Two outings. Already sat 10th in the table and with the chance to briefly jump into the playoff positions, one man to watch for the Glovers will be their leading goalscorer Alex Fisher. The 28-year-old has four to his name already.
As for the visitors, after being relegated from League One last season, there is a real worrying around MK Dons. Undoubtedly the biggest side in English football’s fourth tier, it has been a very sluggish start for Paul Tisdale’s side. Coming off the back of a 2-1 loss to Lincoln over the weekend, the Whites have failed to win any of their last four League Two outings. While nothing short of promotion would be a success, the Dons have failed to record a clean sheet in September and have also failed to win any of their last three matches on the road.
