Manchester United winger Ashley Young is set to sign a new three year deal at Old Trafford, according to the Mirror.
The winger has excelled under Louis van Gaal so far this season, racking up twenty-six appearances in all competitions, scoring in the victories over Newcastle United and Manchester City – turning in a man of the match performance against the latter.
Young moved to the club from Aston Villa in the summer of 2011, while he began his career at Watford, and has over four hundred club appearances in his career to date.
Internationally, he has been capped thirty times for England, scoring seven times, though he hasn’t featured for Roy Hodgson’s side since the 0-0 World Cup qualifying draw against Ukraine in September 2013.
United lost to West Bromwich Albion on Saturday afternoon, their third straight league defeat, and can be backed at 4/5 to bounce back with victory at Crystal Palace this weekend.
