Wilfried Zaha has informed Crystal Palace he wants to leave the club this summer, according to Sky Sports.
The winger has been linked most heavily with Arsenal in the last few months, having recently revealed he supported them since childhood. The Gunners have since had a £40 million bid for his services reportedly rejected, with Palace boss Roy Hodgson subsequently revealing that no bid that would come anywhere near their valuation of the player had been received.
Following his return from the African Cup of Nations, the 26-year-old made his feeling known to the club, even though Hodgson said that the Ivorian had to be aware he would be going nowhere unless a club is willing to pay his full market value.
Arsenal remain keen on Zaha, but it appears that if the two clubs fail to reach and agreement, he would be prepared to move elsewhere in order to fulfill his ambitions.
