Real Zaragoza are on the verge of signing Barcelona youngster Jonathan Dos Santos, according to AS.
The La Romareda outfit have reportedly agreed to pay €1 million for the 21-year-old, with the player set to sign a four-year deal.
However, there is a clause in his contract saying that Barcelona can buy him back for €2.5 million at any time during the first two years of his contract.
The Mexican’s contract at Camp Nou was due to expire in June 2012, which is the main reason why Barcelona decided to cash in on the youngster.
Should he manage to realize his undoubted potential at La Romareda, Barcelona will have the option to bring him back to Camp Nou for relatively low fee.
Despite being considered one of the hottest prospects in La Macia, the Mexican midfielder has only featured in 11 games for Barcelona since making his debut in 2009.
