Zouma is ‘happy’ at Everton

“I don’t know yet,” the defender said. “We have five more games to play and then we will see,” Zouma regarding his future.

“I am very happy. My aim was to come and play and improve myself and I think I have done here. I hope we will finish the season very high.”

Those are the words of Kurt Zouma, who has addressed the rumours regarding his future in the beautiful game. Zouma is considered to be one of the key members of Everton’s first team and has been for quite some time now, but given that he’s on loan from Chelsea, getting the deal done on a permanent basis could be tricky.

The 24 year old is wanted by Everton beyond just this current season, but given how much of a restructuring Chelsea want to implement in the summer, Zouma could wind up being a big part of their plans.
