Zubar set to leave Marseille

Marseille defender Ronaldo Zubar has confirmed that he is set to leave the Ligue 1 side.

The 23-year-old has revealed that he has been told that he is not in the plans for the future at the French club.

Wolves are one of the clubs interested in Zubar, but could face competition from several Spanish clubs.

“I am available as I am not in the plans of the manager, apparently some fans don’t like me here,” he told Sky Sports.

“However, I still have a contract but to play in the Premier League would be a dream come true.

“It is a top league with top strikers from all over the world playing in it.

“So let’s wait, but on Wolves? I don’t want to say anything because I don’t know anything.”
